Basket donations will go towards the State Regent’s Project.
Silent auction donations will go towards State Conference.
Please note all donations are a separate transaction process from the registration and voices purchases.
State Conference Fund
State Regent’s Project
All refund and registration/meal transfer requests must be sent in writing to stateconference@dcdar.org seven (7) days prior to State Conference (March 21, 2025). After this date, no refunds and transfers will be granted. No registrations nor cancellations will be accepted by telephone. Substitutions are permitted and can be made at any time. All cancellation and transfer requests must be made in writing to stateconference@dcdar.org.
Any transfers should include the name, email, phone number, chapter, and title. Please note no meal selection changes can be made when making a transfer. If the registration transfer is made from a delegate to another delegate or alternate, the Chapter Regent must send a written note to stateconference@dcdar.org and Layla.Heimlich@gmail.com for credentialing purposes.
